made up a youngs cider 40 pint kit last week and today i made a turb0 cider
4 1/2 ltrs asda 100% apple jucie
boiled 1ltr with a grated ginger root cinnomon and a hand full of sultanas for 30 mins then straind it through 100 micron filter bag smelled mmmmm then checked temp 23c so added 1 teaspoon cider yeast 1 teaspoon yeast nutrent . now to play the waiting game :
ps everything was cleaned 100% with cheap baby bottle cleaning fluid stuff lol

AJ doesn't need nutrient, so save your money.
