Muntons Connoisseurs Continental Lager query

Hi

Mate likes Lager and I did him a Coopers Pilsner and he reckons its good - Im not sure personally. Also it was "difficult" adjusting Temp up and down

So I wondered if anyone can recommend a less pfaff kit ?

He did the above kit himself and it was superb [imo] and he didnt mention any messing - so is it a non complicated one please. i.e. stick in fv - wait till fermentation ended and bottle / barrel

Mangrove Jacks Helles Lager in their craft series range is very good. No faff just put it in the bucket add some hops after about 7 days. I bottled after about 9 days and 3 weeks later I had a lovely lager to drink.

Coopers 86 day pilsner made with a kilo of light DME and use Mangrove Jack's Californian Lager Yeast (brew at ale temps). Very nice indeed and so simple.
