This was down to 1010 yesterday :-)

Those cascades and amarillo give a really nice grapefruity/orangey notes.

Yummy!
 
Holding steady at 1010 and clearing nicely. I wound down the temp to 15c last night, will switch off the heater completely tonight and keg on Friday methinks (nothing to do with me running out of beer last night).

It's tasting awesome!

SWMBO shocked me last night.... I said "The beer's off!" meaning the keg had run dry, she replied "Oh no, not phenols again?!?" meaning the beer in the FV.

She does actually listen?!? Blimey.

They do listen...

No sooner had I rigged the Keggerator (Wezzereezer) up than the Mrs said - "if you can set that to stay at a low enough temperature can you brew me a lager?"
