Did a quick stock check as I was thinking of doing a use-it-up brew and I've got some Munich and some Munich I. I did some inconclusive googling but I think :-

Munich = Munich I = Munich Light

and

Munich II = Munich Dark

Correct ?

I think you are correct. Munich I from Weyermann is 15 EBC, and Munich II is 25-30 EBC, I think. When brewing a bock, addition of Munich II gives it a much better taste (did that a couple of years ago).

Munich I is Weyermann, Munich is Simpsons. I don't have II or dark, I was just trying to establish a pattern.
Ah, see what you mean.

There are some colour variations between maltsers so it's not an exact swap.

Weyermann Munich I - 15 EBC
Weyermann Munich II - 25 EBC
Crisp Light Munich - 25 EBC
Crisp Dark Munich - 50 EBC
Simpsons Munich - 20 EBC
Warminster Munich - 17 EBC
Bestmalz Munich - 15 EBC
