I read on another site that once primary fermentaion is complete you can rack your brew to another container, leave to settle then re-rack another 2 or 3 times as before. After this you can prime and bottle and end up with no sediment. Is this true. With my limited knowlege of brewing as i'm a novice i'd say that this wouldnt work as you'll loose the yeast to produce the CO2 in secondary when conditioning?

Depends how long you do this process as to how much yeast you drop out of suspension. What brew is for? If you do end up having yeast in your drink which would allow carbonation as soon as you add sugar to it they will multiply as they use it up and end up leaving sediment (despite the fact that they would eventually sediment down anyway given time). If there is no yeast you'll have sweet sugary flat drinks to enjoy

There are two ways to bottle without yeast sediment and they are to force carbonate bright beer in a keg device and bottle from that or use riddling methods.
