I bought one of them and it told me that my boiling water (dip it in the boiling kettle) was 104c whereas the two digital ones I have gave me 99.6c and 100.4c. Maybe the Youngs one will be close enough at the desired temperatures and maybe you got a more accurate one than I did (or my two digital ones are out).
