I buy my grains from GEB made up as a custom grain kit and I'm looking at adding acidulated malt to most of my recipes instead of using lactic acid additions.
Should I be aware of any major changes to my brew day or beer, from making this change?
I predominately make best bitters and to a lesser extent some hoppy pale ales.
