Moved to Secondary But Stuck at 1020!!

I made a pale ale with 10% malted wheat in the grain bill 16 days ago.

It's the first time I re-used yeast - I collected the dregs from the bottom of the last batch into a 1L jug and pitched into the wort. It went off like a firecraker so I never though to double check the final gravity.

I moved to the secondary and dry hopped this afternoon. I syphoned a little bit out just to double check the FG and it was only at 1020! Should have dropped at least another ten points!!! :wha:

Now it tastes pretty good, but it has me wondering what has gone wrong and also if there is any remedial action I should be taking????
