Anyone got a good recipe using Mosaic hops? Some sort of easy-drinking beer 4.5-5% rather than a full-blown strong IPA.

I rushed through a brew order and meant to get Galaxy to make Dennis King's Galaxy Delight but ordered Mosaic instead. Happy to bitter with a general-purpose hop like Magnum, so some idea of late hopping quantities would be useful. TIA.

First time I've heard of it, but I've got a pile of mosaic to use up and I'd be interested in suggestions, too. Where is the Galaxy Delight recipe to be found?

MOSAIC IPA 22 litres
5200g Maris Otter
500g Malted naked oats
300g Wheat malt
30g Mosaic @60m
30g Mosaic hopstand 20m @85C
40g Mosaic dry hop
CML Five yeast
ABV 5.9% just reduce the MO to 4500g to get 5.2%

You could swap the mosaic for Galaxy in DK's recipe and adjust the bittering addition to account for the differing AA of the hops.

I do enjoy Mosaic, particularly as a dry hop.
In my opinion it works best paired with other US hops, Citra etc. The beauty of home brewing is you can play around with the recipes to what you like

Spot on. I think you could use this recipe for any hop and make a good beer
I just love Mosaic as a hop. I had this beer at Brew by Number on the Thames Riverside and loved it. I got talking to the head brewer and saw the ingredients so it’s my copied version.

I m pretty sure M&S so a Mosaic beer. You should buy a can and give us heathens a comparative review to see how they stack up against each other. WDYT?

It's made by Adnams. Good when I got it from M and S, was a bit disappointing direct from Adnams tbh. Might all be in my imagination though!

No, the Mark's and Spencer's beer. Their business model is white-labelled beer.
Was drinking Adnams Mosaic yesterday on cask in London. Very tasty, quaffable.
Always found Adnams Mosaic much, MUCH better on cask rather than bottled...
