Hmm...never seen them before. Should be good. I brewed an APA with some Apollo i got, that was 20%AA though so adding some more flavouring hops towards the end. What are they meant to be like?

Not sure yet as I don't know anyone who's used them. They are a brand new breed only released in the last month or so!

Ill be brewing this week with them. Only got pellets though so im going to dry hop with them on top of my apollo, brewers gold APA.

Mosaic™ (HBC 369) is an aroma hop variety developed by
Hop Breeding Company, LLC that was released in 2012. It
offers a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity,
and earthy characteristics that translate very favorably into
several styles of beer. Mosaic™ is the daughter of Simcoe®
(YCR 14) and a Nugget derived male.

Love them.
A spicy piney fruity flavour. Reminded me of punk IPA straight away.

I want more.

In fact, I've been keeping an eye on simply hops website and this morning, they have shown up on the site. However, they are already sold on contracts to breweries. Oh the tease!

They did say on the phone that they may have some 100g bags in left overs at some point so its a case of keeping an eye on the website.
