Hi All,

Allow me to introduce myself; I'm Steve and am hoping to get back into doing a spot of winer making. I had a dabble back in 2007 with a couple of batches of banana wine and pineapple but only recently remembered that these batches were still maturing in the attic!

These were lovely first attempts (if i say so myself ;) ) and thought i'd give it another go and try and find some useful info on this site.

Hopefully i'll be able to get some ideas/advice from fellow site members!
