As Per title "Morning"(or afternoon/evening)
Im very new at brewing , normally straight of the shelf sort of guy:drink:.
So this christmas to lady indoors has bought me a start up kit so i thought id give it a go.....So it went into the first fermentor for 10 days till the sg stabilized at 1010, then into a secondary barrel for 2 days then added my sugar before bottling, after 2 days in the bottles i have moved them in to my cold shed , but has noticed about 5mm of sediment in the bottom of the bottles......is this right...or have i missed a stage out.
I am about to get started on my second batch in a few days so any advice welcome:razz:

Sounds spot on, the sediment at the bottom of your bottles is perfectly normal. This will compact over time, and when you come to pour, try to leave this in the bottle. Your right in getting another brew on straight away as the beer needs time to condition (8 weeks ideally). Open 1 in a few weeks time (you will anyway, we all do) but try to keep as many as possible for the full 8 weeks conditioning time.

Welcome to the greatest hobby ever strongboy
