A quick question for you guys out there, could I use this in secondary to add the chocolate flavour to the stout kit, and how much to add.

Yes, you could. It doesn't have any fat in it. However, it has lots of sugar in it - 24g per serving, a serving presumable being what you would add to a cup of coffee. Assuming that you want one serving per pint, that would add over 2% to your ABV, and thin out your stout, which probably isn't what you want.
 
I don't want the abv to high, what other chocolate flavour could I add in secondary, I was thinking of splitting the batch in two, to experiment
