We had a busy Christmas here( me being in the meat trade and all that) and I have fallen behind in me brewin'. So I am going to catch up tomorrow. I have 10 gallons of elderberry/blackberry to rack. Then 5 gallons of wilko medium dry red. I get on well with that.
Then I want to start some more Bitter. I use the Coopers or Geordie, which ever I can lay my hands on. Any of you used the Wilko Hoppy Copper, I keep lookin'?
Also want to get a Pinot Grigio on the go and some Wows. I posted a while ago about a red one, so that is in the plan. Sugar and ingredients are in, so as soon as SWMBO is off to work, the kitchen is mine...
