Can I jump on the bandwagon and say thanks also Moley always comes up with the answers on the infrequent times I post and can I say we have bottled our Damson wine and it is superb sorry couldn't wait until we start on this years crop being relatively new to brewing very impatient, got some Damsons in the freezer and will start on them next week. Must say the only wine we have done I didn't like was the Beetroot yuk !!! So Moley thanks for all your help and long may it continue.

Thanks again everybody, very flattering, I'm glad some of my advice is helpful, but I'm only one member of this fine forum and this is all rather embarrassing.
