well four weeks on and the Black Pearl is still slowly fermenting, It's now down to 1016 but bubbling away at a rate of about 4 glugs a minute.... Gonna hang in there for another week and will then keg it and give it a month....maybe ready for next Xmas. As I have read from you guys it is a waiting game, which explains why my Wherry after 7 weeks in the keg is now delicious....Gonna start on the Admiral Reserve now.....
