I have had a little bit of a change around in the garage used a dressing table for the FV's and mash tun stuck the HLT tower at the end and added the dalex taps I had connected to the cornies to a bit of wood I bolted to the side of the HLT tower. Put my chiller where the mash tun used to be and sorted the gas and cornies to the side as well.

Was on mild (Everards) last night, and at only 3.3% I actually feel quite useful today!

May have to do one for a mid week kind of beer. Keep us posted :thumb:

Pics added, one small mistake forgot the irish moss again though. May have another brew tomorrow as im out of my bouncing squirrel.

Nice pics Dam, love a mild myself, its what got me into real beers rather than cooking lager :thumb:

You setup looks great too

I have plans to use the pump some more and possably put a heat exchanger system in place for the mash some time but im going to need to do alot of plumbing.

First off im going to get rid of the plastic piping and replace with copper as it is easier to keep clean, The speed fitting stuff is good for water but not the wort after coolingas it has to many places it can catch stuff

So copper piping and a few more ball valves so I dont have to keep connecting and disconnecting as im brewing.

Also thinking of remaking my chiller coil as the one im currently using is starting to look a little beaten up after haing done 20 odd brews with it, It's just too flimsy and needs something to strengthen it up so I will re-wind it around a keg and see what I can come up with to give it a little more ability to put up with being useed and not bend and give like it has been doing.

More cornies are needed as I like to have 4 diffrent brews on to drink 2 through the chiller and 2 at what ever the temp is at the time. May even have to get a 4 product chiller as im looking at keeping a whit on at all times as well as a porter / stout and 2 bitters with the odd mild. It's just nice to have a diffrent beer to drink rather than one or two to choose from.

Need to get all my bottles sorted and cleaned out and think about starting to use them for strong IPA's and super strength brews IE christmas stuff. That reminds me I have 6 bottles of Alemans crazyivan we did on my frst ever AG should be almost ready as he said leave it for a year.

All in all the brewery is progressing nicley even if it is at a snails pace, But it can brew which is what matters.
