Metric Priming rate Nomograph

Does anyone use a metric Priming Rate Nomograph, similar to this:

If so, do you know where to get one? Or is it worth me building one, maybe in excel?

Just playing about with that - I've come out with a figure very close to 5g of cane sugar per litre to achieve 2.2 volumes CO2 at 18 degrees.

Does that sound about right? That's about our "standard" 1/2 tsp per bottle.

I pretty much always take 5g/l as a starting point, sounds spot on to me.
