Hi,
I have just fermented a more highly hopped beer than I have done before where the hops were added just before the whirlpool.
It is less than 2 weeks old, so really young and I wouldn't bother tasting so young normally but wanted to see what the hops did so early on.
The taste is defo hoppy but the taste sort of continues to become an unpleasant metallic aftertaste.
Is this normal when tasting a young hoppy beer? Centennial, Amarillo and Simco hops.
Cheers
