Can anybody advise me which you think is the best merlot wine kit for making at home please, as I am after doing a 30 bottle batch.

I want to try and avoid buying extra grape juice if I can help it.

The best Merlot kit will be all grape juice and cost you over £100. No doubt it will be much better than most stuff you buy for £5 a bottle, but what is your realistic price range?

When I made wine, all those years ago (Yuletide comes to mind:hat:) I think that the kits were better than they are now. Having said that, I still went into Safeways, now Tesco, and I bought some fruit juice for the wine. Not every demijohn was perfect, but.......
