Merlot Grape juice

Second batch started, as the first approaches completion.

For some reason the first batch was a bit too sweet. The second batch was dry and is now clearing quite quickly on its own. The colour is good. It's too early to judge as a merlot. I will put it in an oak barrel and report back in 2 months.

it's 95% clear, bI need to get more tartaric acid.

Now it's finally clear, I must say that it is very good and much better than one I made with generic red concentrate. It also tastes like merlot!

My liddles finally got this last month - still waiting for results - I noticed that Waitrose do this per Litre and its not far different in price

Its all finished - I think at least a year but it is definitely a Merlot-Should be good
