A handsome young chap that Jasper. Our old mate of 13 years had to be put to sleep almost two years ago due to agressive cancer. As a youngun he had more front than a white shirt, and was full of attitude. He travelled around Australia with us for 2 years in the Caravan, survived nearly being poisioned and mauled up north. He found someones stash hidden in dunes on the beach and ate it, nearly died from Mariuana poisoning, suffered from flashbacks and paranoia after that which only added to his individuality, used to get into the wardrobe after dark and wouldn't come out  but cancer beat him. We miss him, when I've got the shed and fences up here at the new place I think we'll go looking for another one to spoil rotten.

Screwy

I like that S, it's the fond memories that count, a bitter pill to swallow loosing a friend to soon though :(

Dogs, IMO are more honest than most people I have met, and, deserve more respect. Our plan is to bring another Cocker into the fold next year once Jass is spot on.

The time I have with him, walking in the fields at 6am is probably close to the best bit of my day, only topped with seeing my daughters when I get home.

7 months on.....

Jasper and I took ourselves of on a lovely 2hr Christmas Eve walk at 7am today, and I remembered to take the camera.

He's not normally a poser but managed to get a few nice pics of him.

He's a joy to be with, even if he does hunt down fox poo and roll in it.....
