Mead

My 6 jars mead was pretty sweet. My 7 jars finished at 1060 so I had to add more yeast. I am not into sweet drinks but it's brilliant for adding to cider. I found 4 jars came out too dry for my taste so thinking 5 could be perfect. :)

odd that, i came to the same conclusion 5 jars per gal is good, just sweet but not cloying, 4 jars is just a little dry and just as nice , but 3 jars is very dry]
