Oh my goodness am I cross or what?!

Just wanted to let everyone know about what happened to me with Mazuma Mobile.

I have just sent my old Samsung Galaxy S9+ in for sale with them. They said it was worth £115. When I got the offer, they said it had a crack on the back (it didn’t) and so they were only offering £20.

Left me with no choice but to accept the ridiculous offer as they already have it and I’d have to pay to get it back. Plus I know I’ll never get round to putting it on eBay. Could have got a lot more for it on there though.

They are thieves, crooks, and any other nasty words you can think of! Don’t use!

That's crap i would have got it back just so they couldn't sell it.

I used to sell on eBay but they have made it far too easy for customers to take the piss out of sellers we now use CEX or cash converter type places in the next town who seem to give a fair price.
