Apologies for the slow reply, had a shocker of a week at work.... Yes that would be acceptable i'd have thought! Before you send though, see if we get any other entries, as much as i'd like to try your beer I wouldn't want you to send one in and be the only entry!

Thanks and well done all. My recipe is Greg Hughes but rationalised so as to use 2 entire 100g hop packs and whatever bittering hops I have in stock.
