Yep, it's confusing at the moment as the US has put its clocks forward but not Europe (which that advert hasn't noticed...) so we're one hour closer to them than usual.

As with all of Martin's work, I would remind people of what an actual British water profile looks like....

@Northern Brewer I tend to do my water calcs with a pen and paper, but I think I'm probably an outlier in wanting to know how the numbers work...

If you look on YouTube you’ll find his previous recorded presentations. I think there are two, the longer one is a bit more focused on Bru’n water software, the shorter one more focused on water treatment.
