A friend has just given me a couple of pounds of mangos. Has anyone for a recipe for Mango Wine?

Ok, I have found this mango wine recipe, but I think I would replace the raisins with grape juice. What to people think?

if you are going to replace the raisins, then replace it with grape concentrate not grape juice.

ok, 3 and a bit months on from starting this wine, i've finally bottled five and a half bottles. The other half bottle has been drunk and it's a lovely medium dry wine with a hint of a mango aftertaste. If anyone finds themselves with some indian mangos that they don't know what to do with, I can recommend this wine.
