Hi Lisa,
Would be interested to know what it tastes like!! best wishes. Tony
I visited the Mango Place and got drunk, drinking the wine and eating frozen Jack fruit. Haven't touched it since but I do love spicey mango chutney, I made that last year when the mango's were in season.I got so so drunk on homemade Mango wine when I was 16, be very cautious when drinking!

Long journey for me, about 5 hours from Melbourne, going back again in March but a bit further south, Margaret River one of the premier wine making regions. Also where the Mango Place sends its mango's to get made into wine.Looks like an awesome place, wow! Long journey for me though for a bit of mango!
Wine is the 'long game', accept that and it'll all work out.
Looks great what are you planning next?
Keep us posted.
Not gonna lie the colour looks foul and like it’s gonna taste like something you scraped off your shoe, lol
Sulfurous perhaps?
