Mango IPA & a Chocolate IPA Tips Please

So I decided not to wait and after taking the bottles to the garage, decided to pop one open, to check the carbonation of course.

So it's carbonated nicely. Already looks clear.

Not much of a head, but damn it's clear! Didn't get much mango aroma or taste, but the hops are definitely there.

Next time I'd double the mango at least. Maybe even go 1500gm. And I will foego the muslin bag (except for the hops)

It's a great bear and it's about 6%abv I think.

Pretty standard that a corny gets 2x of those big tins from the supermarket. 1.8kg? The sugar needs to be accounted for as it is about 22%v/w from memory. Enjoy the pectin haze. Fresh fruit is all fun and games until you need to handle it in the required quantities.
