Hey,

I have just started a Mango Brew for my friend as a pickmeup.

Im not treating it as a wine more of a Mango fizzy drink.

2kg fresh mango (4 Mangos) mashed and boiled. Estimate 240g sugar from these.

500g golden granulated sugar.

Gervin Ale yeast. (Flavour is nice)

Now all sitting in my demijohn brewing up.

Should be around 7%

Im thinking racking in maybe 2 weeks then leave to settle for a few more weeks and taste after 1 month and see.

Bottle with primed bottles

Its a 4.5l demijohn but I boiled the mango and sugar with 2 pints of water and then filled the demijohn with pre boiled and cooled water. To just below the neck.
