He's never had a licence, so he couldn't apply to have it extended !!
Sorry I thought you said it was a further offence not applying for his licence to be EXTENDEDI know he couldn't apply for a licence as he had not got one I was saying he had committed the further offence on top of not having a licence!!!
I'm sure you would but I read it about 40 years ago!I'd like to see that reference, if you could.
Maybe we should get rid of seat belts in cars. They must be causing lots of excess deaths and injuries.Don't know about cars but it's a proven fact that in the US states that repealed the compulsory helmet law saw motorcyclist deaths fall as a result. (riding a motorcycle without a helmet is really scary!)
Cyclists who wear helmets also tend to have more accidents as they give you a feeling of safety.
That's hilarious. Oh, well.I'm sure you would but I read it about 40 years ago!

We have checkpoints, police at the side of the road looking at cars to see if the driver isn't wearing a seatbelt. They've a big sign next to them about safety or what have you. It's mostly to drum up awareness for wearing seatbelts.Maybe we should get rid of seat belts in cars. They must be causing lots of excess deaths and injuries.
