Malvern Hills Spring Water

Does anyone use the water from the various springs in Malvern and if so what styles does the profile suit?

I've heard of people using it but I haven't yet. I'm just down the road from The Malverns and the tap water is pretty darn good, once you've removed the chlorine via a filter.
