So according to this, we must add 1200g per 23ltr to be detectable by viscosity,!!Every serious peer reviewed study I've ever read has concluded that dextrins contribute little if anything to mouthfeel. Here is but one of them:

Well all I can say is put that much in yours but I would recommend against that much.
