Is malted Sorghum available in UK? I was thinking to brew some gluten free beer, so I would need some malted Sorghum.

The bad news is, you are almost definitely looking at a kit.

The good news is they exist. Google for "gone with the wheat home brew kit." They cost about 25 quid but that's still very cheap for 40 pints!

I've made ale from millet which I malted myself. Came out not too bad. Search this forum for millet, you'll find the posts.
Sorghum can be got on ebay if you fancy trying malting that.
I have a Gone With The Wheat kit but haven't started it off yet - you get two cans of sorghum syrup, 2 bottles of hop extract, and some yeast.
There are some recipes for GF ersatz ales over on the forum at JimsBeerKit.co.uk - weird ingredients but they work. Search that forum for "Duncan Incapable" "Red Diesel" and "Four Star"

I am looking for commercial malted sorghum. I found it in India... ( anyone would like to share 10 tons? ;)) So for some reason I thought that it could be available in somewhere England.

I had a similar quest for honey malt, and after many wasted hours, I realised that just doing the best with what's readily available. Theres no reason you can't make hop and flavour additions to a kit and rip it a new one ;)
