I want to do a sort of wheat brew but something along the lines of 25% each of pale, wheat, amber and munich. Will this work? I`m planning to used tettnang and some hallertauer hersbrucker hops and possibly k-97 for the yeast.

:drink:

dont know about the yeast but in my opinion i think its worth a punt. Then on future tasting having the 25% of each will make it easy to detect what if anything may need tweaking. Sounds good to me. I've never used that much amber or munich in a brew though.

actually i did do a wheat beer once and added amber malt. I remember i didnt like it at the time. it wasnt 25% either.
