Yes Rob is a nice man who tries to look after and be transparent with his customers. At last years Brewcon I spoke to a couple of his staff who worked for him and they could not praise him enough.

I didn't know of them until I joined this forum recently. Of the 4 orders I have made with different suppliers in the last 3 months, the Malt Miller is top (closely followed by Brew2Bottle) in terms of efficiency, transparency and communication.
