Malt Miller Old Speckled Hen

My step-dad gave me this AG kit as he’s didn’t have time to brew it. I did as a test out of my new G40 and it’s come out very close in taste to the original. Maybe slightly drier with a bit more bitterness at the back of the tongue.

I did it last year and it was very nice indeed.

I have used that as the basis for some other inventions as it is a light sessionable malt bill - "Hens Progress" I call one of them which has 55g of Progress hops and 15g of EKG

The Malt Miller Speckled Hen kit was my first AG and so impressed me with the quality!
