Malt Miller delivery problems

I have used Malt Miller for the last few years and have always been impressed by their service and deliveries always were on time. I ordered from them again at the beginning of the week and paid a bit extra for DHL delivery since I had heard of problems with Evri. I am still awaiting my order. DHL said it was being delivered on Wed, then again Thurs and finally again today. It has not arrived and they say they will deliver it next week. Has anyone else had similar problems or an I just unlucky?

I think you may have just been particularly unlucky, although I will confess to have having had some issues with DHL in my area so I tend to use the DPD option instead.

If you contact the Malt Miller they are very good at helping sort stuff like this out. I had one instance of a parcel going AWOL and they immediately sorted a replacement that arrived next day.

I have spoken to Malt Miller and they have been fine but while DHL keeps saying get are delivering it that day there is not much they can do.
