Malolactic Cultures

I am about to start another Old Rosie type clone cider and this time I am considering using a vial of WLP675 in 5 gallon along with the usual Malic Acid, Tannin and Yeast Nutrient. The base must will be my all time favourite Lidl Cloudy Apple Juice and a high alchohol tolerant yeast. Comments welcome. Also yeast recommendations.

It's cheaper to harvest from old rosie, but paying for a ML culture for 5 gallons certainly isn't a bad idea.

I think the cultures available to buy are for wine not cider

I am sure one of the mods here was saying they are not suitable for cider
last time this came up....

I've used a commercial culture for cider and it compares very favourably to Old Rosie...
