what is wow and how do you make it,i make kit wines , but this is new to me.looking forward to any replies

Quick question, do you take into account the sugar content of the fruit juices when working out to add 800g of sugar or however much you need ?

Yes, if you aim for a total sugar content of 1100g (including cartons) you will always get around 13.5% when you top up to the neck. :thumb:
 
I thought so, forgot this earlier and on the off chance I was correct I held back 100g of sugar to compensate lol
