Hi everyone Iâve only ever brewed with kits and done a few in the past and Iâm doing my first Coopers stout kit.
Its in the bucket fermenting as we speak and Iâve added some flavouring (chocolate + orange only a little though to see what its like)
Iâd like the beer to be a bit thicker than normal and used, I think, 1kg of spray malt when mixing everything rather than the normal brewing sugar. What can I do to get this thicker creamy texture. I know Iâm never going to match Guinness with a nitrogen pump but must be able to do something. Will adding gelatine do anything orit will that just sink and help clear the beer?
Any tips welcomed and happy drinking everyone.
ps I'd like to use the principal on pale ales too :hat:
