Not really an issue of lifting the kegs out of a keezer as they are usually empty!
It's the loading in or swapping a fermenter in and out that is the main back issue.

I use a commercial fridge I picked up really cheap and it can take 8 kegs. Commercial fridges tend not to have lines in the side as they have the metal mesh on the back as radiator. So no worries putting taps in the side or adding extra insulation if you wanted.

I would also go with a tall larder fridge if you have the available height as it gives you more options on configuration and you can have the taps at a decent height so you don't need to bend down to pour a beer. As already mentioned you can get 4 kegs in if required, I have 2 kegs and use the upper shelf's for cans and bottles 👍
