Not sure if anyone's made this before but mine hasn't turned out that great. Start date 24/5 bottled 03/6, SG 1042 FG 995.
Brewed as per kit, siphoned off into another vessel, added the sugar and cider concentrate thingy, mixed well then bottled into litre bottles. The thing is it's really tasteless. It doesn't really taste rank, and some bottles do taste more appley than others but it's just massively lacking in flavour or fizz.
I guess I could have left it in the FV for a bit longer but can anyone tell me if this what happens when a brew goes off, or is it just rank and undrinkable?
