Hello there

Not new to the art of homebrewing or wine making but thought I might as well join in instead of lurking to try and learn some more. One thing I have learnt is that you can never know everything (somewhat obvious really).

Hi greaterburdock

Welcome to the forum.

I'm sure your own experience will add to our collective knowledge. :thumb:

My lorry driver uncle once told me, "Luke, I've driven 2 million miles in my career. Even today, I'm still learning to drive."

Welcome to the 'boards!

Hi hypnoticmonkey. I was wondering if I could speak to you about some filming I'm doing in at Faversham this Sunday for a new BBC2 drinks series. We are looking for some local home-brewers.

Please do get in touch on [email protected] or 020 7013 4471.

Best wishes,

Nick

Welcome to the Forum, I don't really know a great deal either, just enough to brew my beer and cider!

We're very fortunate to have many years of experience spread around the forum. This experience is condensed and stored in great quantities in certain members :D

have you met aleman & moley? ;)[/quote]
Like Moley, I'll take that as a compliment , but one thing I do know is The more I know about beer and brewing, the more I need to know :D

Whilst I believe that to be true - and yes, it should be taken as a compliment :D ... there are so many people in here who deserve recognition, far too many to mention. I wouldn't be able to brew half as well as I can without their help and advice.

So to all of you...

and thank you!
