Like Moley, I'll take that as a compliment , but one thing I do know is The more I know about beer and brewing, the more I need to know

Whilst I believe that to be true - and yes, it should be taken as a compliment ... there are so many people in here who deserve recognition, far too many to mention. I wouldn't be able to brew half as well as I can without their help and advice.
