Lurker Joins the Ranks

Hi All,
Have been lurking and reading some time, finally joined up to start contributing. Look forward to learning from you all!

Currently brewing a number of ciders so i can get them all bottled, for later in the year and as soon as the FVs are free a number of variants on a pilsner using calypso will be filling them back up. Its fruit season after all.....

I have just posted my intended recipe -calyspo is a hop that supposedly adds an apple / pear flavour. I bought some and havent figured what to do with them so this is my suggestion:
