I was lucky enough to have a couple of pints with the brewers from Everards Brewery (Leic) this week, during our conversation we got onto the subject of their Cyclops Beer Profiler (see link below)... Cyclops is basically a system which will profile your beer in exactly the same way that many large breweries are.
Being the cheeky git that I am I managed to get them to agree to profile two beers from the forum free of charge!
The lucky overall willner of the Spring Thing will get the first opportunity to have their beer Cyclopsed!!
So get those beers brewed and entered quick, you could have your beer profiled like the proffesionals!!!!
