Guys,
I have b*****erd up again, this time using a simple Coopers lager kit! .
Boiled up 2 litres of water in a pan and added the thick canned syrup wort and a kilo of brewing sugar, boiled up then poured into fermentor and brought up to 23ltrs with cold water.
Showing 1.020 at a temp of 50oF. Should I put another 1kg of sugar in to bring it to the correct Gravity?
