To be picky alcoholic beverages are low, or devoid of fat, depending on what it is brewed from. In terms of calories, all alcoholic beverages are high in calories, but then calories are just a measure of energy and not actually equivalent to fat. But lower alcohol content will mean less calories, so you're probably wanting to make ciders over wine if you mean low calories.

Yeah there really isn't a lot of fat in wine or cider.

Looking at Asda Smart Price apple juice there is 1g per litre. This would mean that in a 23L batch there is only 23g of fat. I'm not sure but this may even be something that the yeast would also feed on, thus possibly lowering the fat content.

Regardless as said above it's the calories that make the alcoholic drinks "fattening". There isn't really a lot you can do about it unfortunately. You can make a low ABV drink.... but you would probably just end up drinking more of it lol.

Yeah well for some times i believed that wine does not include fat at all but seems to have but its not a lot though. So is it that you don't like wine or you want to try sometimes new ?
