looking for more help unripe plums

hi me yet again iv'e got the chance of a good few kilos of unripe plums and is there a recipe i could use for all these plums

My Victoria is laden with fruit, just waiting and waiting for them to ripen. Once ripe you can de-stone and freeze them

got a chance of unripe plums on glasgow freecycle from victoria plum tree that has fell

Same here there's a local tree that came down and fruit probably isn't ripe so I'd like to know if it is useless or not?
