Looking for ideas for a big brewing rig

There's four of us who have started brewing together, all on my grainfather. This has been fine and it all works but the resulting 5 litres of beer each probably isn't enough so we're looking for a bigger system.

A 1BBL rig would be ideal as we all have vague plans to going commercial in a small "dip the toe in the water" kind of way at some point (we all have plenty of experience and I put my first beer down in 1994) but that's a total aside, so it would be good to have the flexibility of a large(ish) system.

So this is what I'm looking for at the moment. Basically a system capable of brewing 1bbl.

What sized mash tun would I need? We'd probably want something oversized mash big beers (imperial stouts and the like). Does anyone have any recommendations or wonder if it's worth building out own system. I've built a smaller rig in the past with some success although brewing with a grainfather now.

Well 1bbl is roughly 160 ltrs so id say
100-120 mash tun
200ltr boil kettle with 2x 3kw ldw elements
100ltr hlt 1 x 3kw normal element
Then poss 20-30 ltr herms kettle

You do occasionally see second hand full microbrewery units up for sale at quite reasonable prices. Microbreweries are going bust all the time - often because some of them produce beer so awful that you have to wonder why they went into the business in the first place.
